On April 30th, the government of the Czech Republic and the Uber company with participation of representatives of the City of Prague signed a memorandum providing for the following:
- The Uber company shall conduct business in the Czech Republic on the basis of a licence to free trade and will follow the applicable regulations of road transport law.
- There shall be an agreement on regular exchange of information in accordance with the Czech legislation for the purposes of tax administration. This information will concern drivers of self-employed and legal persons (transportation companies) which have entered a contractual relationship with Uber.
- Uber shall start using e-sales
