Applications are still open for the Digital Enterprise call, which allows funding for the systematic building of secure intra-company connectivity. In February, the reception of applications for the Innovation and Application II calls from OP TAK was launched. We would also like to draw attention to the Transformation programme, which enables small and medium-sized companies in coal regions to obtain a soft loan for the purchase of machinery and buildings. The next round of calls under the RES+ programme is expected to be announced any day now. We are monitoring the situation and will share more detailed information as soon as it is made public. Keep an eye on the subsidy radar and you will not miss a thing!
Transformation Loan: Get a soft loan for machinery and equipment in the coal regions
Due to the Transformation programme, companies from structurally affected regions (Moravian-Silesian, Ústí and Karlovy Vary regions) can apply to the National Development Bank for an interest-free loan of up to CZK 100 million. The 10-year loan can be used for the acquisition of tangible and intangible assets, such as machinery, equipment and buildings, or for superstructures and renovations.

Energy savings: Insulate, upgrade wiring and install vegetated roofs
Projects related to saving final energy consumption can be financed through the Energy Savings Call. You can get a subsidy of up to 80% for a range of activities, such as insulation of the building envelope, replacement and renovation of windows and doors, improving the energy efficiency of technical building systems and introducing energy efficiency features.

Potential: Develop R&D centres in Deep Tech
The establishment or development of industrial research, development and innovation centres can be funded through the current Potential call. Specifically, you can use the support for the acquisition of technology, equipment and other facilities necessary for research and development activities. The call is specifically focused on Deep Tech, which are technologies that present significant scientific or technical challenges requiring prolonged research, development and increased investment. Deep Tech technologies include advanced materials, aerospace, artificial intelligence and robotics.

Application: Implement experimental development of digital solutions
In February 2025, applications were opened for the call Application II, which provides funding for the implementation of experimental development of digital solutions. Supported areas include artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, network technologies and quantum computing.

Innovation: Start product and process innovation
In February, the next call of the Innovation Programme was opened to increase the technical and utility value of products, technologies (product innovation) and services and to increase the efficiency of production processes and service provision (process innovation). The grant can fund technology, software and data, intellectual property rights and product certifications.
- Eligible applicants: small, medium and large companies (up to 499 employees)
- Amount of support: 15-60 % is expected depending on the size of the enterprise and the region of implementation

RES+: Install new photovoltaic power plants
During the spring months, the next round of calls for the RES+ programme from the Modernisation Fund will open. A call is planned for the installation of self-consumption photovoltaic plants of 10 kW-5 MW with an expected support rate of 50%. It is also planned to announce a call for the installation of photovoltaic power plants with a capacity of more than 1 MW with an expected support rate of 30%.
