Payroll agenda

With effect from 1 January 2026, Government Decree No. 322/2025 unifies the procedure for reporting work accidents by employers.

Employers will now report work accidents and send records of work accidents through the portal of the State Labour Inspection Office (hereinafter the “portal”) exclusively electronically. The government hopes to further reduce the administrative burden, increase transparency for employers and unify the data reported.

The portal is available at the link: https://www.mpsv.cz/app/suip-portal/. Reporting of accidents at work will be available from 1 January 2026.

From the entry into force of the new regulation, it will no longer be possible to report accidents at work via data boxes, e-mail or postal services.

Once logged into the portal, employers will be able to:

  • Report an accident to the relevant authority.
  • Fill in and send a record of the work injury to the relevant authority.
  • Save and print the work injury record.
  • Update the data in an accident record that has already been sent.
  • Keep track of all employer workplace injuries in one place.

Statutory representatives of the employer log into the portal using eObčanka, bank identity or MojeID. They can then authorize (add) other individuals to represent them in the portal.
