The Bolt technology platform has entered into a memorandum of cooperation with the Financial Administration of the Czech Republic. It has thus become the first digital platform in the passenger transport sector to support transparent and fair tax collection in the Czech Republic.
The agreement will give the Financial Administration regular access to key data on digital mobility. Bolt will now provide the data on a monthly basis based on a set system, not just in response to individual requests from the tax authorities, which should result in a reduced administrative burden on both sides.
The General Financial Directorate expects the newly concluded cooperation to result in more efficient use of data, faster identification of risks associated with tax evasion and strengthening of a fair competitive environment.
