As of 5 April 2021, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs adjusted the conditions for the measures for return from abroad. The duty to undergo a test before entering the territory of the Czech Republic newly applies only to return from countries with very high risk of contracting the disease, the so-called deep red category of countries. For countries with high-risk of contracting the disease (red category) and countries with medium risk (orange category), a test is required before return to the Czech Republic only in case the person uses public transport to return.
