Tomáš Brabenec is a founding member of Grant Thornton Czech Republic and he is in charge of the expertise services of the group. His main professional focus is the valuation of companies and their asset components and transfer pricing.
Tomáš is a Czech and Slovak authorised expert. His other professional activities include regular lecturing in professional courses at the Czech Judicial Academy, where he participates in the education of judges and public prosecutors. Tomáš has published in many Czech and foreign scientific, professional and other magazines and he is a member of teams of authors of significant publications focusing on financial management of companies.
He graduated from the Prague University of Economics. He continued with post-graduate studies at the Prague University of Economics in the Department of Corporate Finance, where he currently also teaches, and has also participated in lecturing at the Czech Technical University in Prague. He speaks Czech and English.
