Michaela, Managing Associate, is M&A expert with vast experience in transaction consulting. She provides legal support to company owners and investors both in the acquisition of new targets and in the sale of companies. Michaela managed transactions with a total value exceeding several billion CZK. In addition, she also specializes in corporate law and real estate.

She has been part of the GT Legal team since 2019, having previously worked at international law firm Eversheds Sutherland. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague.
