Lukáš Zahrádka is an attorney at law specialised in M&A, banking and finance, real estate and corporate law. He is the founding partner of GT Legal. He was previously engaged for more than 18 years in several international law firms. A graduate of the Faculty of Law at Charles University, he is also active in publishing and lecturing, among others at Jan Amos Komensky University in Prague, where he teaches in the MBA programme. In addition to his native Czech, he is fluent in English.
