Klára Honzíková works as senior manager at Grant Thornton. She is a member of the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic and has been working in the field for more than 15 years. She previously operated at Fučík & partneři, s.r.o., which has become part of the Grant Thornton group.
Klára focuses on audits of individual as well as consolidated financial statements compiled according to Czech as well as international IFRS/US GAAP accounting standards. In addition to statutory and voluntary audits, she also performs reviews and agreed procedures, deals with verification of the internal control system or audits of profit and loss of companies.
At the same time, she works in accounting consulting, complex due-diligence projects and consulting in the M&A field. Her team also works in auditing financial statements of entities in the financial sector (e.g. investment companies and funds, savings and credit cooperatives etc.) She also deals with liquidation of companies and gives lectures.
