Jiří Mačát is a managing associate who specialises in banking & finance, M&A, capital markets and regulatory & administrative law. He joined GT Legal in 2019, having previously worked for five years at the Prague office of international law firm Eversheds Sutherland. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague in 2013. In addition to his native Czech, he is fluent in English.
