Jaroslav Foltýn is a partner at Grant Thornton and specialises in corporate income tax, acquisitions and optimising his clients' global tax position.
He has been working in the tax field since 2001. In his consulting practice, he focuses primarily on clients from development companies and financial institutions (banks, funds and leasing companies).
He draws on his extensive knowledge of accounting, mergers and acquisitions, foreign tax schemes and debt securities. Jaroslav has also been involved in the establishment and operation of Czech and foreign qualified investor funds for more than 15 years.
Jaroslav graduated from the University of Economics in Prague. He speaks fluent Czech and English.
