The Financial Administration wants to start monitoring transfer prices, also in cooperation with other countries. The GFD issued a statement from which it is obvious that the Financial Administration is trying to deepen the knowledge of its staff in the area of transfer pricing. To this end, the Financial Administration organized an international seminar with the theme Transfer Pricing focusing on the issues of valuation of financial tools. At this seminar, deputies from the European Commission, academics, experts from foreign financial administrations and representatives of a rating agencies educated the staff of the Financial Administration.
The FA wants to use the gained information upon tax inspections and combating tax evasions in the area of transfer pricing. The desire of the FA to focus more on this area is becoming more evident.
