HR audit process
Grant Thornton provides assessment of the quality of HR services; the framework for audit consists of strategic HRM, performance management, reward and motivation, recruitment and development of employees, taking care of employee relations and legislation. The audit identifies opportunities for improvement of HR services with regard to the growth of company’s value. We consider setting goals clearly, measuring performance of HR processes, and including optimization initiatives (each activity must have its added value and measurable improvement) as a key for company’s growth.
Performance management (including Compensation & Benefits)
Our standard approach is based on the corporate’s strategy and applies principles of the Balanced Scorecard. The difference in approach is reflected in the emphasis on rewarding of the key employees (up to 20% of the employees, who represent 80% of the company’s value) and in an approach promoting "healthy" turnover rate. We are creating competency models with links between the company’s growth and increasing the level of competence in key positions.
